It was very good, It was my very first time when I tried Meditation & it gave me lot of calmness & good sleep . It helped me think positive & deal with my negative emotions. Living with Joy ( level 1 ) course helped me a lot and made me much more positive person than I was, since I did the course I be careful of my words of what words I use and it gives me lot of positivity inside, I don’t panic on any situations.

I just wanted to say thank you. I attended your online class of meditation It was brilliant. Great introduction and the session of simple meditation which I loved it. It was brilliant. What you taught have really changed the way I have looked at things. It was done in such a positive yet assertive way and really led by example as to how to be happier and be healthy. Just fantastic. Small tips with salt n water was great. I always left the sessions with new insights and useful skills I Â use pretty much every day. Yes, In many ways and most Importantly it helped me to organize my scattered brain and deal with my thoughts of fear. My overall well-being has definitely improved. Though I have a long way to go, I can see myself in the right path of becoming a better person. Im able to control my anger and remain calm which has improved my personal and business relationships considerably.
